Estimates & Pricing

Scheduling & Homeowner Presence
Homeowners do not need to be home for us to perform the work. In fact, it is generally safer that homeowners are not present, as an active tree-work site is a hazardous zone that clients could inadvertently walk into. Provided our crew has the access needed to complete the agreed scope of work, we will proceed whether or not anyone is home.
If a homeowner prefers or requires to be present while we work, that is perfectly acceptable. However, we do not make scheduling accommodations around a homeowner's availability at no charge — we arrive when our schedule brings us to the property. Weather, job durations, and equipment logistics make precise arrival times impossible to guarantee, and requesting our presence at a specific time or day will not otherwise alter our routing.
Should a homeowner require the work to be performed on a specific, guaranteed date, we may be able to accommodate that request as a premium service. Committing to a fixed date means rerouting our crew and equipment around other scheduled jobs, and a scheduling surcharge will apply. Any such surcharge will be disclosed and agreed to in writing before the date is confirmed.
